Three partners — winemaker Pablo Ossorio, Marc Grin, and Rafael Navarro — started in 2006 with a clear plan: make top-tier sparkling and still wines in Utiel-Requena. Their Quod Superius reds and Tantum Ergo traditional-method sparklings are benchmarks in their categories. The visit is serious, the tastings generous, and the barrel room alone justifies the trip.
